GDPR in advertising

 

The client provides real-time auctioning of advertising space on websites and operates a video streaming platform.

The client being required to comply with GDPR, i.s.c. undertook a full gap analysis to examine the degree of compliance required, the role of the DPO and solved a number of salient issues for the client related to GDPR, to their customers' GDPR questionnaires, and to the unique position of a Swiss company operating mostly in the EU market.
